Artificial Hand-tie Posy

Sam and Jonny's wedding at Branston Hall on 21 August 2009.
The brides bouquet was a simple hand-tie of maroussia roses, alchemilla mollis, sweet william 'green trick' and salal leaves. This was finished off with ivory ribbon around the stems and pinned. The bridesmaids was a smaller version.
For the registrars table we arranged ivory lilies, gerberas, maroussia roses, and spray carnations along with alchemilla mollis, salal, and bupleurum to keep the colour theme of ivory and lime green going.
The tables arrangements at Branston Hall were, per table, a single stem of ivory lily and bear grass in a vase supplied by Sam finished off with apple green sisal to support the stem.
The pictures taken of the reception tables are before Branston Hall had finished setting up and are taken in the bar area as the main part of the Churchill suite was set up for the ceremony.

The Lincolnshire Oak

This is the reception from the wedding below, held at The Lincolnshire Oak Sleaford.
The table displays are a single stem of white lily, blue delphiniums and bear grass arranged in 50cm clear round lily vases.
The top table was finished off with one of the displays taken from the church.

Blue and white wedding flowers

The ceremony took place at St Oswalds church Blankney. We were asked to arrange 2 pedestals, 2 displays for the tables, and an archway for the Lyche gate. As the budget was finalised it became clear a full flower garland was out of the question and so an alternative was put forward of white gerberas and blue bows for the archway and a baytree either side the gate decorated in colours to match which could then be transported to the reception.

These are the flowers from Natascha and Matt's wedding last Saturday.

The brides hand-tie bouquet consists of crystal blush calla lily, lily grass and bear grass threaded with crystal beads, finished with white satin ribbon.

The bridesmaids hand-tie bouquets were of crystal blush calla lily, blue delphiniums, bear grass with beaded crystals and they had white ribbon around the stems (photo taken before finished off).

The flower girl had a silver wand, with crystals attached, with a white carnation and finished off with blue ribbon.

Modern Carnation bouquet

This is a design I was asked to recreate from a picture Karen found on http://www.silkbouquets.co.uk/. We chose the burgundy carnations as they matched the accent colour of the wedding perfectly. I was asked to add a 'handle' to the bouquet as the original one was made to loop over the arm, to make holding it easier.

The wrist corsage was for the bridesmaid keeping with the minimalist look.

Purple and White Wedding

These are Catherine's wedding flowers from Saturday. The top picture is the brides shower bouquet consisting of Akito roses, purple eustoma, lilac eustoma and lilac diamantes. There were 4 bridesmaids and all had hand-ties of white, purple and lilac eustoma with lilac diamantes.

The top table arrangement was all eustoma of the different colours used and the table centres were white and purple eustoma with bear grass in square lily vases. These are shown in situ at The Bentley Hotel.
