Washingborough Hall

The wedding of Maria and Andy was held at Washingborough Hall.

We were asked to use the same colour scheme as the bouquets for the table centres, whites and pinks.

Jocastas

The civil wedding and reception of Kelly at Jocastas.

The registrars table centre piece was a long and low arrangement which after the service would be transferred to the top table. In matching colours to the brides bouquet it had white lillies, gerberas, eustoma and akito and freedom roses.

Each guest table had a single white lily with bear grass displayed in a clear lily vase. We also provided the red and white rose petals.

Branston Hall

The last instalment from Saturday.

Hannah's ceremony and reception were held at Branston Hall. As it was a late pm wedding we arrived at dinner to deliver the bridal flowers and to set the table displays.

Hannah had wanted to keep it simple for the tables so in keeping with her flowers we arranged 3 maroussia roses with bear grass in tall clear vases.

This is the bar area at night, the tables are kept in here while the ceremony takes place next door and then moved while the bridal party has the photographs taken outside.

The registrars table display. Hannah sent me a photo which she had found and asked if I could recreate it in her flowers. The flowers are Oriental lily, maroussia roses, eustoma, carnations and small button chrysants.
Two bay trees were placed either side of the entrance to the room, placed so when you walk down the corridor you will first notice one then as you turn to walk in you will see the other.

Washingborough Hall

The civil service flowers from Morog's wedding on Saturday.

The registrars table display was a mix of red and white/ivory flowers. Gerberas, carnations, eustoma, alstroemeria, and delianne were included with a mixture of foliage.

In either corner in the ceremony room there is a stone pedestal ideal for having a large arrangement displayed. Again these are a combination of reds/whites and creams. Gerberas, carnations, anastasia, eustoma, and delianne with foliage.

The guest tables were of large martini vases which we hired, filled with florist gel and made to look like giant glasses of martini. We wanted a quick photo but a member of the bridal party was in charge of filling them and they wasn't ready when we left.

Washingborough Hall

Shelley's minimalist theme continued in the venue arrangements. Originally going to make these herself it was decided that on reflection it would be easier and less stressful for me to do them. On receiving a quote Shelley was surprised to find there wasn't much difference in the price. I must point out all the glassware was hired.

Fish bowls with 3 calla lilies and bear grass with a few glass rocks in the base were the table centres.
For the registrars table an unusual piece was chosen. A large wine goblet with white akito roses, lilies,blue agapanthus and royal blue feathers. Bear grass loops tie in with the fish bowls.

We hire out our bay trees dressed in your wedding colours. As it was such a lovely sunny day we positioned them on the steps to greet the bride on her arrival.

Pink white and yellow wedding flowers

Rachael's colourful wedding based on the colours of a beach hut.

When I first spoke to Rachael she admitted she really wasn't that keen on flowers and didn't want many on her wedding day but had been told she must carry something and what could I advise.

Bringing a photo of a fabulous beach hut, all in pinks, yellows and greens, with her we decided to keep everything simple and use less flowers but in a colour that would stand out.
A gorgeously simple hand-tie of 4 cerise pink gerberas and 3 white anastasia chrysants surrounded by a collar of dark green aspidistra leaves, tied with matching pink satin ribbon was chosen for Rachael to carry.
Her two bridesmaids each had a lovely silver wand with a matching pink germini and ribbon trails.
The two Mothers had a similar corsage, one with white roses, the other with yellow.
The men of the bridal party had an assortment of germini to choose from, pink, yellow and white.

This was the display for the registrars table at Washingborough Hall Hotel. Again keeping with the colour scheme and just the 3 types of flowers, Gerbera, Germini and Anastasia, with aspidistra leaves all arranged in a glass cube.

This shows what can be achieved on a small budget for a bride who isn't into flowers. This was a fun wedding to do with a colour scheme which normally wouldn't be used but was personal to the bride.

Pink and White Wedding Flowers

These are Teresa's wedding flowers from Sunday.

The simple registrars table display in matching pinks and whites of the wedding theme. As the civil ceremony and reception were both held at Washingborough Hall this was then transfered to the top table for the wedding breakfast.

The flower girl carried 2 roses, 1 white 1 pink, with pale pink feathers tied together with a pale pink satin bow.

Teresas's bridal bouquet consisted of Akito roses and Blushing Akito roses with pale pink feathers.

It is a simple yet stunning hand-tied posy bound together with white satin ribbon and pins.

The groom had a buttonhole with one of each of the roses from his brides bouquet with varigated foliage.

The rest of the bridal party had a single white rose.
