'Our florist, RJ's in Lincoln, were so experienced and we had so many photos of floral decorations they had designed. They also set up on the morning and produced our cake decorations to.'

Thank you Letter

What a lovely welcome back to work we had this morning.

Two lovely brides had sent e-mails, one of which the flowers are yet to be posted.

Ginny who had the gorgeous blue bouquets and table centres at The White Hart sent this:

Hi Sandra,

I just wanted to drop a quick line to say a great big thank you for the beautiful flowers that you did for our wedding on the 11th April. We have had so many comments saying how beautiful and fitting they all were for our day. My bouquet was truly beautiful and I'm so sad that it didn't last forever! My niece (our flower girl- 2 and a half years old) was also a big fan of her Bear. It stayed with her all day and made a rather nice dance partner with her in the evening at the reception!

The Bentley Hotel

A pink inspired wedding for a small gathering.

As the tables were the long type with guests sitting either side, the flowers had to be compact. Small fish bowls were chosen with a single pink hydrangea placed on top of glass 'ice' with bear grass strands.

The room at The Bentley Hotel all ready for the arrival of the Bride and Groom.



We also made a corsage for the bride and 2 guests and 2 male buttonholes. Unfortunately we didn't manage to take photos of them.

White Hart Hotel (Lincoln)

Ginny's wedding reception from Monday was held at The White Hart Hotel in Lincoln. The guest tables were decorated with small fish bowls with blue hydrangea flower heads and aspidistra leaves. Both the bowls and the mirrors were on hire from us.
The top table had two bowls instead of the traditional long and low design.
The King Richard Suite fully decorated awaiting the bride and groom.

A lovely blue and ivory spring wedding

Mondays wedding. A lovely blue and ivory spring themed day.

The bride chose to carry a mix of blue hydrangea and muscari with ivory roses, spray roses and freesia. The stems were bound with ribbon and finished off with an ivory lace bow. Pearls were placed in the centre of each rose. A gorgeously scented bouquet.
The two bridesmaids carried a simple posy of 5 ivory roses with bear grass bound with ivory satin ribbon and bow.
The little flower girl carried a soft bear who had been given a special ivory rose buttonhole.
The Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom were both given a corsage of matching flowers to the bride. A single rose with freesia and muscari.
The Grooms-men all wore a single rose buttonhole.

Patrick Tribute

This is Patrick. For those of you who don't know he is a friend of Spongebob Square pants.

We were asked if we could make him as a birthday memoriam tribute.

Thank you to all our customers who ordered flowers for Mothering Sunday. We had a really busy weekend making and delivering the flowers. We hope you all enjoyed your day and that your mums were made to feel really special.

Small Loose Cross

A small cross ordered for a birthday remembrance.

Usually we base in double chrysants but we were asked to make it colourful. Burgundy and purple and white bi coloured carnations with red spray carnations, yellow chrysants and purple limonium were used.
