Country style wedding

The wedding flowers of Joanne and Graham from July.
This was a country style wedding in ivory and shades of purple.
Joanne's bouquet was a hand-tied design which trailed at the front. The flowers agreed on were purple eustoma, freesia, September and Gletzer roses with various foliage.
Two of the bridesmaids carried a similar hand-tied bouquet but in a posy shape.
The third bridesmaid wore a matching wrist corsage of a Gletzer rose with purple eustoma and sweet peas on an ivory pearl wristband.
For the hair I provide two combs of eustoma, September and rolled rose petals with fountain grass. Also for the bride a handful of individually wired September flowers for the hairdresser to add to the hairstyle.
The groom's buttonhole was a single Gletzer rose with purple eustoma flowers and buds and asparagus fern and eucalyptus leaves.
The grooms-men wore a single rose buttonhole with asparagus fern.
The ladies wore an ivory corsage of eustoma and rolled rose petals with asparagus fern, fountain grass and eucalyptus leaves.

The Stone Arms Pub, Skellingthorpe

Katerina's wedding reception was held at The Stone Arms pub in Skellingthorpe.
The gerbera theme was continued with fish bowls of mixed germinis and bear grass.
This is an 8" bowl
This is a 10" bowl for the top table.
The Stone Arms had long tables for the guests with burgundy table cloths.
Katerina had asked for the same colour mix but to exclude pink.

Colourful gerbera wedding

When Katerina first came to see me she knew exactly what flowers she wanted. She brought a picture of a gerbera bouquet in mixed colours and asked if I could reproduce it. Included are yellow, burgundy, red, pink and orange gerberas with palm leaves as a collar.
It was to be a colourful wedding with orange as the main colour.
The two flower girls each had a wrist corsage of an orange germini with rolled orange rose petals and ruscus and bear grass. The smaller one was attached to an ivory organza ribbon as the bracelets are just too large for little wrists.
The older flower girls corsage was attached to an ivory pearl bracelet.
They each carried a small basket decorated with burgundy satin ribbon and bows, filled with rose petals in red, orange and yellow. The petals are placed in a bag for ease of delivery.
Three ladies buttonholes of a burgundy germini with ruscus leaves and bear grass loops.
All the men in the bridal party wore a gorgeous orange germini buttonhole.

Black baccara and Gletzer roses

Nicola's bridal bouquet.

As Nicola and her future husband lived away all correspondence was done through her future Mother-In-Law. I was given a photo of a bouquet Nicola had found on the Internet and asked to create this in her colours of burgundy and cream.

Black baccara roses were chosen as burgundy with gletzer roses as a pale cream to compliment the gyp and tree fern.
The stems were wrapped in ivory satin ribbon.
We also provided buttonholes for the bridal party.
We understand the bride was highly delighted with her flowers and received this card a few days after the event.
