The Orangery, Charlotte House Hotel

Jo's reception was also held at Charlotte house hotel.

Her cake was a lovely vision of chocolate, which she asked if we could decorate with the same calla lilies as the rest of the wedding.
The top tier was a corsage of 3 callas with bear grass and ivy leaves.
The other tiers each had a single calla with a bear grass bow.
The guest table centrepieces were three calla lilies with a mass of bear grass placed in a tall round lily vase that sat on a small mirror base.
The Orangery at Charlotte House is an airy room which is flooded with light from the large glass frontage.
The chairs had been placed in the library for the ceremony and would be brought back while the couple were having photos taken.
The top table design had been doubled up as the registrars table arrangement and would be brought back in after the service.
The Orangery, with tables set, awaiting the happy couple.

Charlotte House Hotel Civil Service

Jo's wedding was held at Charlotte House Hotel. The ceremony was in the Library.

The civil ceremony table arrangement, which was later to be moved to the top table, was a mixture of ivory and purple flowers. Included were 'picasso' calla lilies, eustoma, alstroemeria and roses.
The matching pedestals framed the ceremony table perfectly.

The view as you walk into the library at Charlotte House, all set up for the wedding ceremony.

Purple and ivory wedding flowers.

Now we are in to Septembers weddings.
Here we have Jo's wedding flowers. Jo found us through this blog, so it is only right to finally get around to posting her flowers.
The theme was purple and ivory with all the flowers being based around this lovely calla lily 'picasso'.
Jo's bouquet was a mass of 'picasso' callas tied together with the stems bound with ivory satin ribbon.
Her three adult bridesmaids each carried an overarm wand of three 'picasso' calla lilies again with ivory satin ribbon bound around parts of the stems.
A flower girl carried a rag doll dressed in suitable colours and we provided a small calla lily buttonhole to add to the outfit.
The grooms-men all wore a single 'picasso' calla lily with bear grass and a single ivy leaf.
The mums were provided with double calla lily buttonholes.

White and Royal Blue Wedding

After a busy start to the week, more about that later, I have now time to add photos of Shelley's wedding from Saturday.
A minimalist do, with no fuss was the order of the day.
Shelley's bouquet was white crystal blush calla lilies with bear grass foliage in the modern hand-tie style. Bound together with ivory satin ribbon with pearl pins.
The buttonholes were white Akito roses with foliage, with the ladies having an added sprig of gyp.
The two bridesmaids wore a wrist corsage of a single white akito rose, gyp, freesia buds and royal blue feathers. All attached to a white pearl wrist band.

Baby Boy, Baby Girl

A pink arrangement for a baby girl.A subtly scented arrangement in pinks and whites. Consists of pink anastasia chrysants, gerberas, lilies and carnations with white freesia, roses and calla lily. Pink butterflies and feathers finish off the effect.

A blue arrangement for a baby boy.

I was asked to create a 'girly' arrangement for a lady who had had a baby boy.
We chose the traditional blues and whites of anastasia chrysants, lilies, roses, gyp, agapanthus, iris, scilla and september. With lots of pale blue feathers and butterflies.

Both arrangements were designed using our glass cubes.
